Through the support of the IFRC, ICRC and other Movement partners, we benefit from global expertise, resources, and learning opportunities that help us enhance our humanitarian impact.

We take full advantage of international initiatives like the IFRC Capacity Building Fund (CBF), which provides financial and technical support to improve our systems, strengthen governance, develop volunteers, and promote accountability and transparency.

These partnerships help ensure that our work is efficient, inclusive, and sustainable.

With guidance and resources from IFRC and other partners, we provides training for staff and volunteers in key areas such as first aid, disaster management, water and sanitation (WASH), and community health.

Tailored materials, workshops, and simulations ensure our teams are well-equipped to meet local challenges, whether responding to cholera outbreaks, supporting vulnerable groups, or managing community-based programs.

While we benefit from global expertise, we also invest in localizing training and capacity-building efforts. We adapt international materials to Ghana’s context, develop home-grown initiatives, and foster peer learning across our regional branches.

This ensures that growth and knowledge stay rooted in local realities.
