Health and First Aid Activities
We empower people across the country with life-saving first aid skills. Through nationwide trainings, awareness campaigns, and volunteer services, we help individuals and communities respond quickly and confidently to emergencies.
Our teams also provide first aid support at public events and in times of crisis, ensuring help is always close at hand. We follow the IFRC International First Aid and Resuscitation Guidelines, ensuring all training meets the highest global standards.
Working with the Global First Aid Reference Centre (GFARC), we adapt these guidelines to Ghana’s needs, making first aid practical, relevant, and accessible for everyone.
Inspired by the IFRC First Aid Vision 2030, We are committed to making first aid a basic skill for all. We strive to reach every corner of Ghana so that anyone, anywhere, can save a life when it matters most.

Through the Community-Based Health and First Aid (CBHFA) approach, our volunteers work hand-in-hand with their communities to identify health challenges and find local solutions.
Together, we promote healthier habits, prevent diseases, and build stronger, more resilient communities. We also care for mental well-being.
Our volunteers provide Psychological First Aid, offering comfort, listening, and support to people affected by emergencies or everyday stress. Because caring for the mind is just as important as caring for the body.
